Long sticky tongues, breathing through skin and webbed feet are a few of the things that make frogs so fabulous. On Thursday, Aug. 25, from noon to 3 p.m., Swan Lake Christmas Hill Nature Sanctuary hosts a puppet show, hands-on displays, live animals and froggy crafts. Admission is by donation and there is a $3 fee for craft making.

All programs take place at the nature sanctuary, 3873 Swan Lake Rd. Call 250-479-0211 for more information.
