Mammal day at Swan Lake Thursday

Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary is celebrating all hairy, warm blooded creatures who feed their babies milk – namely mammals.

Swan Lake is celebrating our cousins through hands-on discovery, music, games, face-painting and crafts. There should also be real, live mammals on hand too.

Drop-in anytime between, noon and 3 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 16 at the Swan Lake Nature Sanctuary, 3873 Swan Lake Road.

Admission by donation. Crafts $3. For more information see www.swanlake.bc.ca.
