Franz Obermeier from Team Picnic leads his team pulling a van at Vancouver Island Tech Park in Saanich, during the Power To Play Coporate Challenge on Sunday.

The outdoor adventure race involved 35 corporate teams who fundraised while they competed in fun, mind-bending and physical challenges. Teams raised a total of $130,000 making it the most successful corporate challenge to date.

Proceeds from the event will help the Power To Be program to provide adventure-based programs to 575 youth and families living with significant life barriers. See www.powertobe.ca.
