Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers is seeking the public’s help in locating the following individuals who were wanted as of Feb. 7, 2017.

Barbara Joseph is wanted for aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and possession of stolen property under $5,000. Joseph is described as a 24-year-old female, five-foot-four, 181 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Adrienne Hiebert is wanted for possession of a break-in instrument and breach of undertaking. Hiebert is described as a 34-year-old female, five-foot-six, 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Alexander Oakley is wanted for driving while prohibited X3. Oakley is described a 27-year-old male, five-foot-11, 166 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.

Matthew Gilhooly is wanted for assault and mischief under $5,000. Gilhooly is described as a 27-year-old male, six-foot-three, 194 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.

Donna Helen Thomas is wanted for theft under $5,000 and breach of undertaking. Thomas is described as a 40-year-old female, five-foot-six, 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Keith Cathcart is wanted for breach of probation. Cathcart is described as a 20-year-old male, five-foot-six, 181 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information on any of these individuals is asked to call 1-800-222-TIPS (8477) or visit the website victoriacrimestoppers.com for more information. Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $2,000 for information that leads to arrests or the seizure of property or drugs. All tips are guaranteed to be kept anonymous.
