I am writing to protest the development at Doumac as proposed by Citta. The density and height far exceeds the Cordova Bay Village guidelines and would be a blight to the character of the neighbourhood.
In addition, roads are already congested and I have not heard of any plans for relief. I live in a Sayward Hill development and traffic slows dramatically in the Doumac area particularly when garbage is being collected and school is in session.
