May 1 marks the 10th annual walk for ALS.
The walk takes place at the University of Victoria, parking lot No. 6 (on the southwest corner of campus). Registration is at 12:30 p.m. with the walk getting underway at 1 p.m. A barbecue and entertainment will follow.
Proceeds support research into the cause of and cure for ALS and to support patient services provided by the ALS Society of B.C.
