The Greater Victoria Cycling Coalition guides an easy 20-kilometre night ride for people to learn about the spirits who live in some of the finest homes and castles of Victoria.
Costumes and decorated bicycles are encouraged. The ride departs from the fountain at Centennial Square at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and ends there at about 9 p.m. Functioning front and rear lights are required.
