The third annual Brunch for the Housing Crunch is set for June 25 and 26 at the Crooked Goose Bistro

Saanich residents have a chance to fill their stomachs to help those struggling to find a place to call home.

The third annual Brunch for the Housing Crunch is set for the weekend of June 25 and 26 at the Crooked Goose Bistro, 4136 Wilkinson Rd. Brunch will be served both Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a portion of proceeds donated to the Greater Victoria Housing Society.

The Crooked Goose Bistro is a family-friendly restaurant with a varied menu featuring classic brunch dishes as well as traditional pub fare. Reservations are recommended by calling 250-590-4556.

Founded in 1956, the Greater Victoria Housing Society is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing for low-income seniors, families, working singles and people with disabilities, in neighbourhoods across Greater Victoria.
