It’s that time of year to spruce up your garden, which means it’s also time for Swan Lake Christmas Hill Nature Sanctuary’s annual native plant sale.
On hand are 5,000 native plants from 140 species, along with master gardeners to answer any of your tough gardening questions. Admission is free and nature sanctuary members receive a 10-per-cent discount on all purchases.
The sale runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 21 and 22. All proceeds support the sanctuary’s education programs and ecosystem restoration activities.
