The Saanich police are seeking public assistance in speaking with a man about a mischief under $5,000 case.
The Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers issued an image of the man online. He’s described as in his 50s with short grey hair and wearing a black Helly Hansen jacket, blue jeans, black gloves with no fingers, Air Jordan shoes and glasses.
He was riding a bicycle at the time, though the agency doesn’t list a location for the incident.
