Save-on-Foods Memorial Centre was the place to be for sports fans Saturday night, as the Victoria Royals won their first game on home ice and of the season, 5-3 over the Vancouver Giants.
The teams split their opening home-and-home series, with the Giants winning Friday night on the mainland.
