Saanich Police were called out to a cougar sighting Friday night but were unable to locate an animal.
Police received a report of a cougar on the 700 block of Miller Avenue at 9:15 p.m. Friday. The sighting was reported to the B.C. Conservation Officer Service and area residents and parents of children attending school in the area are advised to be aware of the situation.
