Two people were evacuated from a burning home in the 4600-block of Cordova Bay Road late Monday night.
The Saanich fire department responded with 17 firefighters and officers .
The home sustained an estimated $150,000 in damage, and the two occupants were checked by the B.C. Ambulance Service.
