Locker a treasure chest of pinched electronics

Most owners of devices contacted

A recent locker clean-out at the University of Victoria turned up a stash of electronics, which Oak Bay police believe might have been stolen as far back as 2007.

Inside one locker were three cellphones and 19 iPods.

By checking information stored on the devices, police were able to track down the owners of almost all of them and make them available for pickup.
