Watch Saanich’s safety professionals square off in a charity baseball game to raise money for Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock.
Saanich firefighters and police officers will battle it out in a friendly challenge at Layritz Park on Thursday at 6 p.m.
Each department’s respective union will put up $250 to be donated on behalf of the winning team, and money will also be raised through food sales.
Layritz Park is located off Markham Street behind Camosun College’s Interurban campus.
