Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was greeted by protesters when he arrived at Victoria’s City Hall during a brief visit to the city Thursday.

Trudeau was meeting with Victoria’s Mayor and council after a visit to CFB Esquimalt, the local naval base.

The protesters were trying to draw attention to electoral reform promises and to oil and gas pipelines and tanker traffic.
