Tattersall Drive was closed from July 19 until this past Wednesday, undergoing a $3-million facelift. Much of the work was done underground, as crews replaced aging pipes and rebuilt storm drains and sewers. On the surface, bike lanes, parking bays and sidewalks were built to improve mobility along the stretch of road that runs between Quadra Street and Saanich Road.
