Re: the delay in the partial reopening of the Wilkinson Bridge. A few extra rainy days puts a simple creek crossing months behind schedule. Most Victorians know that it rains in the fall.
If we can’t even build a simple bridge on schedule and budget, imagine what will happen with the sewage treatment project.
Who will be responsible for the billion-dollar shortfall when that project follows the path of the Johnson Street bridge?
