Prime minister's management of economy brings plenty of jobs to clean up the environmental mess, but at whose loss?

If Shell Oil receives permission to drill for oil off Nova Scotia, with 21 days to attack a spill, it will be clear that Harper’s “management of the economy” is based on pollution and environmental devastation. Plenty of jobs to clean up the mess, but at whose loss?
