Tom Fletcher’s column “In 2018, ideology meets reality” is another example of his guaranteed source of vitriol directed to anyone differing with his opinions.
No clarification was provided on the meanings of “green-left ideology”, “outside-funded” or “bad science” pertaining to “ran head-on into reality”. Seems that his approach is just to fire wildly, like Fox News.
So, Mr. Fletcher, your writing assignment is to explain your meanings of your quoted words, especially examples of “bad science” and your qualifications in making that assertion.
Otherwise, constrain your muse to topics which you understand. Saanich News readers deserve better.
