I cycle to work past Camosun Interurban campus and I can tell you that when the classes let out, three or four out of every 10 vehicles that pass me are trailing a cloud of pot smoke.
My question for the mayor and police chief is this: If you can’t stop people from driving under the influence when pot is illegal, how do you propose to stop it when pot is legal?
