Shame on the Greater Victoria Housing Authority. Why don’t they factor in the percentage of these elderly people’s income that goes to Big Pharma?
And who cares that rents in that overpriced neighbourhood are $700-$900? A money grab on the backs of the marginalized is just unconscionable.
