Canadian Pacific club hosting open house in Victoria this Saturday

Looking to add some outdoor activity to your spring and summer?

The Canadian Pacific Lawn Bowling Club is opening its doors to the public this Saturday (April 14) for an open house from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., to provide information on the sport and give the uninitiated a chance to try their hand at this activity.

The bowling green, located in Cridge Park behind the Crystal Garden, is the only one in downtown Victoria. Neighbouring residents and others are invited to stop by and try lawn bowling, croquet and bocce. Refreshments will be served and the event happens rain or shine.
