Over Labour Day long weekend, the track hosts the mayhem and fun that is the Wilson and Proctor North American Big Rig racing.

Josh “The Crusher” Beckel will be there on both Friday and Saturday nights with his daredevil stunts, including a truck jump on Saturday. Also running will be the bomber invitational, mini figure 8s and a truck obstacle course.

On Sept. 8, racing includes non-wing sprints, stock cars, oldtimers and dwarf cars.

On Saturday, Sept. 29, the track closes off the season by hosting its championship night featuring demolition cars and trucks plus bombers, a mini figure 8 and the tough truck championship. Check out westernspeedway.net for ticket information.
