The Mount Tolmie Community Association and Tri-Eagle Development are hosting a community meeting to discuss the future of 1590 Cedar Hill Cross Road.
Tri-Eagle is looking to rezone the current site, which houses an existing dry cleaners and barber shop, to make way for a three-storey building with office space and a medical or dental clinic. The developers have also requested a parking variance.
The meeting will be held at 7 p.m., Tuesday, April 26, at Highgate Lodge (1538 Cedar Hill Cross Rd.).
