Saanich man remains in custody after facing attempted murder charges for allegedly stabbing his father

A 24-year-old Saanich man who faces attempted murder charges remains behind bars after his surety wasn’t posted.

Mark Peter Blair was arrested after his father was stabbed late in the night on Saturday Jan. 22. The father had non life-threatening wounds and was released from hospital.

Blair’s next appearance in court is scheduled for April 5.
