It’s so bizarre and sad that Saanich has prohibited all parking on Glendenning Road. The five spaces available aren’t enough.
If the problem is fire access, prohibit parking at the entrance to the park (where it says ‘fire lane’). If emergency trucks are able to use the turnaround, prohibit it there, but there’s plenty of space along the west side – parked cars don’t stick out further than the trees.
Sounds to me more a case of Grumpyneighbouritis.
By the way Saanich, there’s really far too much traffic on Tattersall, could you reroute some please? Cheers!
